Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or using any service provided through the kp999 website located at kp999.bet (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional guidelines, rules, or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the Player before processing is initiated, returning the funds to the kp999 account balance. This option is available from the cashier page after logging in.

User Obligations

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kp999 Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and may forfeit all account balances.

• Registering an account in a false name, using another person's identity documents, or impersonating another individual for any purpose on the Platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

kp999 may suspend or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
